What is a Virtual Assistant?

Virtual Assistants (VA) are professional assistants who work for you virtually via phone, internet, fax, instant messaging, and text messaging. You do not have to pay taxes, benefits, etc. to have a Virtual Assistant provide services for you. VA's work only when you need our services, so you do not pay for vacations, holidays, sick days or for anytime that is not productive for your company.

How will I know a VA will provide me with the quality and professionalism I require for my completed projects?

By contracting with WVS for this project do you require me to use your services for other projects?

Plain and simple No, but if you like the service we provided to you we would be happy to assist you in your future projects.  Our hope is that you will see the benefit of using our service and use us in the future, but it is not required.

What is the process of contracting with WVS?

• An initial consultation between you and WVS to discuss your business and how we can be of service to you.
• If you contract with WVS we will then discuss payment options and then start working on your project.
• Communication throughout your project is vital in our relationship.  Your virtual assistant will communicate with you via phone, e-mail, instant messenger, Live WebChat, etc.
• The finished project is returned to you according to your request.
• The main focus of our process is to provide you with the communication you need, so that you are assured that your project has the utmost importance to us.

My company works with highly confidential information and it cannot be disclosed to anyone.

Rest assured that any information that you provide to WVS is not disclosed to any 3rd parties.  Communication about your project and the details is with our company and the virtual assistant that is assigned to your project and no one else.

What does it cost and how do I pay for your services?

• You only pay for the services you need and not down time.
• Rates vary and depend on your specific needs.
• We do offer a discount for those clients that choose to keep us on retainer.  The rate is based on hours rather than per project.
• Additional expenses such as postage, bulk printing or copying, special supplies and materials are billed separately.
• For each project you contract with us we require a 50% deposit before the project begins and the remainder is due at time of completion.
• For our clients that keep us on retainer we require 50% on the 1st of each month and the remainder on the 15th of each month.
• We process payments through Paypal and Google Checkout which allows you to pay with a credit card of your choice or directly from your bank account.
